Welcome
How to win bigger tenders and work with major supply chains, in NZ and internationally
There is significant potential to improve the share of work that NZ firms win from major supply chains and the economic rewards are significant. Based on Australian experience there is the potential to boost the revenue share for NZ by up to $170 million for every $1 billion spent on major projects.
On behalf of the Industry Capability Network, Consultant Deb Archbold has surveyed the local and international supply chain scene and found that while some leading NZ companies can compete effectively in the major supply chain market, there is scope for more NZ companies to win this sort of work and develop these relationships.
Come along and find out what the successful NZ companies do to win local and global supply chain work, and hear from our own large procurement agencies what qualities they are looking for in supply chain partners.
